Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is simple. If an item purchased from us is damaged or misprinted on receipt, we ask that you notify us by email within 30 days of when you opened the package. We allow a maximum of 45 days from the original purchase date. Please include photos in the email showing the packaging and the damaged/misprinted item. Let us know in that email if you would like a replacement or a refund. Emails for returns or refunds should be sent to returns@crazykitsunegaming.com.

If the photos show definite damage or misprinting, we will replace the item with the same product originally ordered. We will pay shipping for that replacement, and will notify you when it has shipped. It’s that simple.

In extremely rare occasions, like when all the contents of a package were damaged due to supplier or shipper mishandling, we may request that the customer return the package and items to us. In this instance where we have asked you to return everything, we will refund the cost of return shipping to your credit card or original method of purchase… and we will replace the items contained in the damaged package without additional charge to you. This keeps you happy and it allows us to resolve packaging/shipping issues with our suppliers or shippers.

Our philosophy is that good customers are always right. Our refund and return policy lets us resolve any issues that you — as a great customer — might have should you receive a damaged or misprinted item. It’s fast, it’s simple, and it makes us feel good that we’ve made you happy.

Refunds

Refunds are only given for damaged or misprinted items. Please follow the procedure outlined above. In your initial email, please state that you would prefer a refund instead of a replacement. We will ask that you email us pictures of the damaged/misprinted item and its packaging. At our discretion, we will determine whether to refund or replace the item.

Customer satisfaction is a core principle for us. If we determine a refund is the best way to resolve an issue, we will notify you by email. We will then process the refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please notify us if the refund has not posted to your credit card within 30 days from the last email you received from us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the inner workings and processes of credit card companies. After all, they are in the business of making money from interest on charges… the longer they can delay posting a refund or credit, the more interest they make.

Sale items

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Discounted or Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

While we want to keep our customers happy, we do not offer exchanges of one product for another. We will only refund or replace damaged or misprinted items.

Gifts

We are very old-fashioned regarding gifts… a gift is a symbol of thought and affection from the giver. We do not offer refunds or exchanges to gift recipients on gift items. While returning a gift back to the giver is often seen as crass and rude, you can do that if you wish. The giver can then follow the normal policy for returns and exchanges on damaged/misprinted items, and any replacement or refund will be given to the giver.

Shipping Returns

Most return issues are resolved with emailed pictures. It results in faster resolution of customer disappointment with damaged/misprinted items, and it gets the replacement or refund to you faster. If we request that you return the item, we will refund the shipping cost based on the shipping method requested.

That said, you still retain the right to simply return the damaged/misprinted item using mail or other postal carriers without our prior approval. Please understand in that instance that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, and that those shipping costs will not be added to or included in any refund or replacement. We will not accept any Collect on Delivery (COD) or similar methods to force us to pay for returns we didn’t approve. We’re not kidding, it’s on your dime if you want to return an item without our prior approval.
